The month of April unlike March is relatively a quiet one with only three games compared to the compact five of the previous month. All our games come before the 20th day of the month in a space of five and nine days from first to the last. We have two home games and one trip away from home thus clearing up the month’s fixtures.

The first game is at home as Gadaffi FC pay us another visit to Barifa stadium on the 6th. It will be the fourth time we cross paths with the soldier boys having shared the other two meetings in our maiden big league season and one in the top flight, In our last meeting, the soldier boys were victors with a narrow one goal win in Jinja.

The next game is another mouth watering clash with KCCA FC who are yet the only team to win a game at Barifa stadium with the other 14 either drawing or losing to their games with us. Another narrow one goal loss in our previous meeting saw KCCA FC pick all maximum points in our first meeting with them setting up a good match up at the Phillip Omondi stadium on Monday the 11th of April and our second game of the month.

We wrap up the month back at home on the 19th of April with another Jinja based side in Busoga United visiting Barifa Stadium seeking to dethrone our un beaten run at home. In the last game between us, we went past Busoga United at the Njeru Technical Center with a 1-0 victory away from home, collecting all the points from Kyabazinga’s boys.

We still remain unbeaten in eight games at home coming into this month with our last and only loss of the season coming on the 26th of November 2021 at the hands of an opponent we play this month and seek to write the wrongs of that game.
