Anthony Afeti is a Ugandan football administrator and Chief Executive Officer of Arua Hill Sports Club.

Former employee of Onduparaka FC from 2011 to 2018 in the role of C.E.O before he was was promoted to the board member of the club in July 2018, he was responsible for overseeing both the administration of the club and all matters relating to the strategic management and negotiation of the player contracts for all players in the club.

He also oversaw, among a range of other areas, Onduparaka FC player development and player and coach disciplinary issues and its schedule.

During his tenure at Onduparaka, the club progressively secured promotion from 5th division to zonal league, to regional, to FUFA Big League and The Premier League in the sequential seasons.

On idiosyncratic level, Anthony was voted the best Uganda Premier League CEO in 2015/16 season.

Anthony played an important role within the Ugandan game, serving at various times in many representative roles within its governing bodies, including in Star Times Uganda Premier League Shareholder meetings, as a member of the FUFA Council.

In September, 2020, Anthony was appointed CEO of Arua Hill SC to replace the outgoing Benjamin Musoke immediately after the takeover.

With his seven years technical and football business experience, he is tasked to oversee the modernization of the technical, administrative and commercial departments of the Arua Hill SC, including player recruitment, football analytics and the development of new training facilities for the First Team and Academy. In simple terms, he is responsible for the day to day running of the club.
