Telvin started his professional footballing journey in 2018 with National Super League side, Kangemi All Stars. He spent half of 2019 season with another second tier side FC Talanta before swicthing to Kenyan Premier League side Kisumu All Stars where he scored three goals.
On international level, Telvin has represented Kenyan U-17 national team three times. In another internatioal grade, in 2014 after captaining Ruaraka All Stars Youth Team to the Mathare Youth Sports Association (MYSA) Championship in Kenya the ambidexstrous attacker was selected to represent MYSA in the Norway Cup which they won in 2014.
His leadership and determination attracted interest from Woudenberg FC whom he later played for in the Greenwood International Tournament in Norway.
The 18 year old who joined Arua Hill SC in November 2020 from Kisumu All Stars is an uncooked talent full of potential and a complete midfielder often deployed in offensive role as no. 10 and occasionally as a deeplying playmaker. His ability to pass the ball, dribble past opponents with ease, comfortability with both feet and tackling skills also makes him thrive as a box to box eight.
