Ever since he joined Arua Hill SC, Maroons were the team Rashid Agau wanted to face and score.
The forward can’t wait for Thursday’s 3rd StarTimes FUFA Big League fixture besides he is also determined to win and score against the Mbili Mbili at Luzira Play Ground.
That’s what the striker happily admits during an exclusive interview with Arua Hill SC media at the team’s camping location at Kyebando.
“I felt much excited to see we are in the same group with Maroons because I desired to face them,” he said.
“I’m glad that I’m facing my former employees and I don’t feel any pressure related to playing against them and obviously they are good side but we are good too and we’ll do our best, it will just be a normal game like it has been,”
“I’m excited and I can’t wait because it is a football game, not a war. It’s a game of friendship and everything so I can’t feel bad playing them as it has always been my thing to play against my former employees.” He insisted.
Agau has started the first two fixtures and has played 114 minutes in total but has not scored in either of the games. He hopes to get off the mark in the imminent fixture.
“I’m well prepared and if given chance, I’ll play my best and perform better, at least score, I need to score.” Agau who sounded desperate for goals said.
